Solar panels on an iconic villa in a protected cityscape? Yes that is allowed! Peter coached me through the... environmental permit process at the municipality, which, after some initial hesitation, issued the permit on the basis of Peter's excellent documentation. The red panels on our red roof tiles can even withstand the aesthetic test of criticism.
